Meet the training leaders
Annet Rozema
Annet is a Project Management Professional (PMP certified) and has over 20 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. Her project management style has proven to be very successful; Annet makes team members feel appreciated and valued, and ensures a true team spirit. Team members excel under her leadership and the teams deliver on time, with high quality. It is not only the end result that counts according to Annet, but also the road towards the end result. Annet is experienced in working in multicultural, multinational environments, and knows what it means to lead virtual teams. Completed projects were in the areas of, for example, OAB, Type II Diabetes and Invasive Aspergillosis, with health authority approval as result. Since the end of 2018, Annet works as an independent contractor, leading a project on behalf of the Dutch Medicines Agency (CBG), working closely with EMA and agencies across Europe.
Lisa Cox
Lisa is a PMP qualified Project Manager with over 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She is an energetic, pragmatic individual with a philosophy of consistent commitment to excellence, and a reputation for leading popular, effective workshops with clear take-home messages and ‘quick win’ tools. She has received awards for excellence in project delivery, and for motivating and inspiring others. She has extensive experience of leading global, virtual meetings, and currently works as a freelance project manager, and as a Training consultant, offering training in Project Management to clients both in ‘open seat’ and bespoke training events. These include informal discussion groups as well as formalised teaching in Project Management.
