Innovation in life science business without execution is just a hobby; How to overcome obstacles?
19th February 2025, 9am GMT (UK time) – online meeting
£ 0.00

Innovation is not only about ideas, it is about making them happen. Especially disruptive Innovation can sometimes seem completely intangible. It’s one thing to come up with an idea that you believe will be a game changer. Although easier for incremental innovations, putting that idea into action is another matter. Developing an actual product or service that can be sold or put into practice is a daunting task that requires clear execution. It takes effort, thought and planning. And this is where many companies fail when trying to innovate: they don’t execute. Or at least they don’t prioritize the execution of innovation. Instead, they get caught up with the execution of the day-to-day business objectives.

In this session we will discuss what is required to take an idea towards the successful execution of an innovation. Elements of it are challenging conventional wisdom, asking the hard questions and inspiring teams to think differently so that creativity can be unleashed, a culture of innovation is fostered and sustainable competitive outcomes are driven.
