Your personal view or opinion can be Right or Wrong or Partially right/wrong – Either way it is POWERFUL.
This session will look at how we can challenge this unconscious bias to see beyond what is in front of us to help find different solutions to our problems or challenges.

Julie has 25 years of professional experience working for large Pharma: 13 years in Research and Development, followed by 2 years in Marketing Company Business Improvement, then 10 years in Manufacturing/Corporate deploying Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence.
Since leaving the corporate arena, Julie has spent the last 10 years running her own company, (Your Business Doctor Limited), as well as collaborating with Phetairos, as a Business Consultant specializing in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Innovation, Change Management, and Culture Shaping and Behavioural Science.
