Project Success Factors
19th March 2025, 4pm - 5pm GMT (UK time) – online meeting
£ 0.00

Trillions of pounds are invested in projects, programmes and portfolios every year and yet research indicates that nearly 80% of projects fail to wholly meet their planned objectives. Clearly, the current situation is far from optimal. The question is, how do we make our projects more successful? An awareness of the conditions for project success, is at the heart of improving project outcomes and in this session, we will explore and discuss research findings and how these relate to our own real world project experience and seek to identify areas for improvement.

Areas we will cover during this session:

  • How do we define project success?
  • How do we measure project success?
  • What does research suggest are the most important factors for project success?
  • What dynamic organisational, professional, and socio-economic conditions can project professionals leverage to enhance project outcomes?
