This session aims to address and explore those scenarios which can occur when research, development and manufacturing activities are conducted with external pharma services partners, including CROs, CDMOs and technology providers.  In addition to the more commonly encountered situations where technical deliverables and timelines do not meet expectations, relationship, governance and contractual issues are also within the scope of this session.
